WARRANTY POLICY

TRANSCARTON provides a warranty service of one year for all products. All TRANSCARTON products only replace without repair. We apologize in advance for whatever inconvenience your TRANSCARTON purchase may have caused.

NOTE: This page is for purchases made through this website. For purchases made through TRANSCARTON’s authorized resellers, please get in touch with them directly. All TRANSCARTON warranties are non-transferrable and are only available to the original end-user of the product. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sources that are not subject to TRANSCARTON’s quality controls.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
1) Any product that has been altered or modified in any way.
2) Products without sufficient proof of purchase
3) Items that have expired their warranty period
4) Non-quality-related issues
5) Free products
6) Damage from misuse of products (artificial violence, operating devices improperly)
7) Any product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or upon which unauthorized repair or service has been performed.
8) Normal wear and tear (i.e., scratched shell or damages to or discoloration of the finish for any reason).

WARRANTY PROCESS
1) Sufficient proof of purchase must be provided.
2) If the defective item is damaged, visible proof (if any) must be provided.
3) A defect description must be provided to issue a warranty claim.
4) If the original manufacture of the material or the product’s quality is deemed defective. We will send a new product or refund you.
